Service Desk Analyst - 2-month Contract - London


A leading charity based in London are on the lookout for a Servicer Desk Analyst, with experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will answer calls that come directly to the IT Service Desk from internal and external Customers dealing with them in a professional and courteous manner.

  • In-depth - Windows OS (XP/Win 7/Win 10)
  • Great communicator
  • Extensive - MS Office suite of Applications (2010 and above)
  • LAN/WAN Networking essentials knowledge
  • Administration of Users within Active Directory
  • Remote Support Tools (i.e. VNC, RDP….)
  • Internet connectivity fault finding
  • Experiance of Logging tickets
  • Administration of Users with Active Directory
  • Appreciation of ITIL at Foundation Level
  • Remote Support Tools (i.e VNC RDP)
  • Attention to detail extremely important.
