Currently we are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join an Entertainment company in London.

The Service Desk Analyst will be an integral member of the support team. You will provide support at 1st line for users, troubleshooting issues across software and hardware.

Document incidents, problems and requests with ServiceNow

Identify areas to improve in the environment and ensure that improvements are implemented
