Currently we are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join an Entertainment/Media company in London.

The Service Desk Analyst will be an integral member of the support team. You will provide support at 1st / 2nd line for users, troubleshooting issues across software and hardware.

Summary:

Role: Service Desk Analyst

Location: London

Salary: £24,000 - £29,000

Responsibilities:

Provide 1st Line support across hardware and software.

Document incidents, problems and requests with ServiceNow

Identify areas to improve in the environment and ensure that improvements are implemented

Experience

Required:

  • Previously supported the Microsoft tech stack:
    • Windows Server
    • Windows OS
    • Active Directory
    • Office 365

Desired:

  • Windows 10
  • Mac OS
