Currently we are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a media organisation based in London.

The Service Desk Analyst will be an integral member of the support team. You will provide day to day 1st & 2nd line support and escalate issues accordingly.

Summary:

Role: Service Desk Analyst

Location: London

Salary: £25,000 - £29,500

Responsibilities:

Asses, categorise and prioritise incidents and service requests.

When unable to resolve an issue, escalate to the relevant support team

Maintain self-help documentation and the knowledge database

Experience

Required:

  • Strong technical experience with:
    • Active Directory
    • Exchange
    • Windows Server
    • Windows OS
    • Office 365

Desirable:

  • Windows 10
  • MS Office 2016
  • Mac OS and iOS support
  • Exchange Webmail
  • SCCM 2012
  • ServiceNow
