Currently we are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join an organisation based in Richmond.

The Service Desk Analyst will be an integral member of the support team. You will provide support at 1st and 2nd line support for users, troubleshooting issues across software and hardware.

Summary:

Role: Service Desk Analyst

Location: Richmond

Salary: £20,000 - £26,000

Responsibilities:

Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support to global users.

Responsible for supporting software and hardware including Blackberries, iPhones, iPads, laptops, PCs and printers.

Follow IT support processes in line with best practices

Experience

Required:

  • Must have excellent communication skills, being able to deal with a variety of business stakeholders
  • Good understanding of MS Office applications
  • Good understanding of networking

Desired:

  • Degree in Computer Science (or related discipline)
