Your role will include:

  • Answering telephone calls from stores, head office users and external support companies
  • Resolving helpdesk tickets logged by stores or head office via phone or remote support
  • Supporting software applications
  • Use initiative to solve issues and supply solutions where possible
  • Ensure issues are completed within agreed service level agreements
  • Escalate more complex issues to 2nd line support or 3rd party companies to arrange site visits

We're looking for people with experience:

  • Working in a Helpdesk or IT Analyst capacity
  • Working with Microsoft products like Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Working with people and helping them with technical issues

Desired Experience:

  • Working in FS
