Service Desk Analyst - South Yorkshire - £19,500

A global leading organisation based in the South Yorkshire area are looking to expand their Service Desk function due to recent success and are specifically looking for multiple Service Desk Analyst's to join the team. The organisation are looking for a self-starting individual who is looking to develop their career and enhance skill sets around varied technologies.

The Service Desk Analyst will provide 24/7 support and act as first escalation point for all calls that come through. Alongside this, the SDA will be tasked with progressing their skill sets and looking to move towards an internal promotion (3rd Line or similar).

The ideal candidate will have experience of operating within a Service Desk currently and be used to handling all styles of call and incident. The organisation offer fantastic career progression alongside offering a great start to a career within the world of ITIL.
