Service Desk Analyst - Oxford - £20,000 + Bonus

A UK leading organisation are rapidly expanding their Service Department and as a result are looking for a number of Service Desk Analysts to join their organisation. The Service Desk Analyst will provide 1st line technical support alongside acting as single point of contact for Phone calls and Emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Escalate unresolved calls to the 2nd Line Engineers or to the Systems Administrators.
  • Troubleshoot IT related problems including Business Systems, Hardware and amongst users.
  • Demonstrate knowledge using Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Products alongside basic software installations and hardware.
