Service Desk Analyst - 6 Month Contract - Chiswick

A key client of ours is looking for a service desk analyst with an ITIL & customer service background in London. The main roles and responsibilities will be;

Essential skills:

  • Account resetting
  • Password resets
  • Logging & completing tickets
  • Technical Support - Windows/EUC
  • ITIL background
