Your role as Service Desk Analyst will be to provide the highest levels of support via telephone, email, remote and desk side visits to the organisations users and guests.

Salary - up to £42k + benefits
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a personable approach to providing IT Support. You'll need to be approachable, accommodating and service driven.
Key Responsibilities -
Log and update the Service Desk system with all tickets that you are working on and involved with.
Take ownership of problems and work with suppliers and manufacturers to successful resolutions.
Be actively involved in projects and ensure all project work is done to a high standard.
Maintain and update any Asset records that have been changed or move - happy to do the housekeeping.
Ideally you'll have -
Expert in Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager: Windows Autopilot, Intune.
Basic understanding of network infrastructure.
Must have excellent customer service, social and interpersonal skills which are needed to facilitate dealing with people at all levels in the company.
