Are you looking for the next step in your IT career?

I'm working with a global healthcare company who are looking for a Service Desk Agent to join them as they enter an exciting transformational period.

Your role will be to provide a primary interface between the business and the IT department, taking ownership of logging & co-ordinating all computer hardware & software related queries & requests.

Salary: up to £26,000 + benefits

Location: Kingston upon Thames (Hybrid working)

The business are introducing lots of new technologies, giving you the opportunity to learn and advance your knowledge in IT Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1st line support & incident management.

  • Receives and handles requests for support following agreed procedures.

  • Assists users in defining their access rights and privileges and operates agreed logical access controls and security systems.

  • Monitors service component capacity and initiates actions to resolve any shortfalls according to agreed procedures.

Ideally you'll have:

  • 6 months - 1 years' experience in a 1st Line support role or similar

  • Customer service orientated attitude with an aptitude to learn

  • Basic understanding of windows

  • Experience using a ticket management system
