I'm working with a global healthcare company who are looking for a Service Desk Agent to join them as they enter an exciting transformational period.
Your role will be to provide a primary interface between the business and the IT department, taking ownership of logging & co-ordinating all computer hardware & software related queries & requests.
Salary: up to £26,000 + benefits
Location: Kingston upon Thames (Hybrid working)
The business are introducing lots of new technologies, giving you the opportunity to learn and advance your knowledge in IT Support.
Key Responsibilities:
1st line support & incident management.
Receives and handles requests for support following agreed procedures.
Assists users in defining their access rights and privileges and operates agreed logical access controls and security systems.
Monitors service component capacity and initiates actions to resolve any shortfalls according to agreed procedures.
Ideally you'll have:
6 months - 1 years' experience in a 1st Line support role or similar
Customer service orientated attitude with an aptitude to learn
Basic understanding of windows
Experience using a ticket management system
