La Fosse is working with a business solutions specialist to help recruit a Service Design Lead.
Our client has gone through a major transition for the last few years due to them merging with a much larger group, making them a world wide organisation - due to this growth, they are now looking for a Service Design Lead to come on board.
Location: Kent - Remote
Remuneration: £45000 - £55,000, 3-5% bonus, 12% pension, 25 days + BH
Your role as a Service Design Lead
Work closely with the service transition team in order to ensure a smooth transition and understanding, aiding problem resolution, ensuring that there is clarity around operational acceptance requirements and that the solution meets the service design.
Responsible for the Governance, maintenance and development of all ITIL processes within ICT throughout transition and ongoing to ensure consistency across ICT and alignment to ITIL standards.
Working with the Service Operation teams to understand and define their IT support requirements and feed this into either service design or continual service improvement activities.
Responsible for Reporting on progress, continual service improvements and suggestions, as well as highlighting risks and issues.
Ideally to be successful as a Service Design Lead
Substantial experience of working in a customer service environment.
Ability to learn new software/hardware in depth quickly by taking responsibility for own development and improvement. Particularly those that impact on service design and implementation.
Proficient in methods, techniques and tools for planning, organizing, resourcing, directing, co-ordinating and monitoring ongoing activities.
Able to present ideas clearly to a non-technical audience at all levels within the organisation.
