Position: Service Delivery Partner

Location: Thame, Oxford

Salary: £40-45k + benefits

I have been retained exclusively by a leading hotel and hospitality brand, who are actively seeking two Service Delivery Partner's (x1 Head Office and x1 Principal Hotels).

The Service Delivery Partner for Head Office will play a lead role in enabling head office teams and VIPs to achieve their objectives through the effective use of technology, whilst the Service Delivery Partner for Principal Hotels is field based and will play a lead role in enabling our highest revenue generating hotels to achieve their objectives through the effective use of technology.

Both roles will be pivotal in proactively supporting staff with IT issues, escalations and improvement opportunities. They will also own and manage our IT customer satisfaction and NPS measures, working closely with fellow Support Partners and other internal and external teams to drive continuous improvement to customer satisfaction and IT reputation.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in a similar IT faceted role in a fast paced, customer centric and multi-site business.
  • Proven track record of implementing tangible, sustainable service improvements.
  • Excellent understanding of modern day end user technology and IT best practice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an inherent ability to effectively communicate with and influence others.
  • High levels of energy, drive and resilience, with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage a large and varied workload and demonstrate high levels of organisation.
  • Drive and determination to continuously improve customer satisfaction with a good understanding of NPS and CSAT.
  • Ability to work within and champion a rigorous process driven framework.
  • ITIL Certification (desirable)
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry (desirable).
