Service Delivery Manager - 6 Months - North Yorkshire

Our North Yorkshire based client has an urgent requirement for a Service Delivery Manager due to recent positive changes to the business. We're looking for someone who able to analyze the current state of Service Delivery, then deliver changes to the operating model to improve processes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Analysing current needs to the business from a Service Delivery perspective
  • Implement ITIL processes fit for purpose to the business
  • Manage a Virtual Team of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Engineers.
  • Act as a "Business Relationship Manager" to the wider business. Taking feedback from the business and using it to improve Service Delivery.
  • Generate SLA's and KPI's for the Service Delivery Function.

Skills/experience required:

  • Strong stakeholder management, across technical and non-technical people.
  • Excellent ITIL knowledge (ITIL Certification desired)
  • Strong team management/leadership skills in a "Virtual Team" environment
  • Proven experience in transforming a Service Delivery environment into a well-processed function.

Must be able to start immediately.
