Service Delivery Manager - Supplier / Contract Management - £55,000 - Birmingham

A global organisation based in the centre of Birmingham are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to focus on Supplier Management and installing ITIL processes into the business. The Service Delivery Manager will be a new member of the team, reporting into the Head of Technical Services. Having recently implemented ServiceNow, exposure to ServiceNow is desirable not essential. Alongside these skills, the SDM will need strong supplier / vendor management skills, specifically around Mobile Suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong supplier management skills
  • Experience working with ServiceNow is desirable
  • Experience of managing a service desk
  • ITIL Certified
  • Experience of managing a large number of suppliers
  • Ability to transition strategy in Service Management arena.
