Position: Service Delivery Manager (Client Facing)

Location: London

Salary: £50,000 - 65,000 (plus bonus & benefits)

I am working with a leading consulting, system integration and digital services firm who are actively seeking a client-facing Service Delivery Manager.

The Service Delivery Manager will oversee the service management function and act as a key customer-facing liaison with a number of strategic clients, predominantly in the Retail/E-Commerce sector.

Key Requirements:

ESSENTIAL

  • Extremely capable leader and people manager.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, personally highly credible, strong influencing skills.
  • Politically astute with the ability to prioritise according to need.
  • Service, standards, process and documentation focused.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role in an IT Service Management environment, preferably in the Retail Industry - covering service and SLA management, incident management, change management, problem management and continual service improvement.
  • ITIL Certified
  • Experience of managing the performance of 3rd parties
  • Customer focused - understanding the needs of the internal or external customer,] and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions

DESIRABLE

  • Previous experience managing the support of e-commerce platforms - any experience of SAP Hybris highly desirable
  • Broad appreciation of technology, covering basic infrastructure, networks, desktop principles
  • Exposure to leading cloud providers including AWS, or Google highly desirable
  • Project management (e.g. software and hardware rollouts)
  • STEM Degree - min 2.1 in IT or Business related field.
