You will be joining one of the highest grossing online retailers in the world as they completely transform their business model shifting into the digital world, building an entirely brand new function!
Your role is newly created and will ultimately moulded by you. Service Management will be at the heart of your role and you'll need to enjoy maturing processes and building ground up! This is a fast paced, immature ServiceNow envrionment.
Location: Farnham (2-3 days hybrid model)
Remuneration: up to £60,000 p/a
You will have an opportunity to:
Managing service incidents, Service design and transition process and suppliers.
You will need to lead in unifying our IT service delivery objectives and drive forward service consistency
Add value in the areas of IT service strategy, design, transition, operation and improvement.
Out of hours' duty manager support and advice to staff for incidents, events, changes.
Manage our 3rd party services, ensuring they deliver value for money, providing regular feedback
To ensure the local IT service models creation, process and procedures are documented, followed and improved
Ideally as IT Service Owner you will;
5 - 10 years minimum and proven IT technical and service delivery management experience.
IT service management (ITIL V3) and project management (PRINCE2) qualified and SIAM would be advantageous.
Key performance indictor creation and development experience in delivering business aligned IT service metrics, measures and reports.
Asset management experience covering legal contracts and licence compliance.
Extensive third party managed service supplier management experience
