Joining one of the UK's largest property groups, your role as Service Delivery Manager will be to lead in unifying IT service delivery objectives and drive forward service consistency.
Location: Bedfordshire (Hybrid working)
Remuneration: up to £65,000 + bonus & benefits
As Service Delivery Manager you will:
Add value in the areas of IT service strategy, design, transition, operation and improvement.
Manage 3rd party services, ensuring they deliver value for money, providing regular feedback.
To ensure the local IT service models creation, process and procedures are documented, followed and improved.
Continually identify opportunities for improvement in quality and efficiency within your area of responsibility - working with Problem Management.
You will have:
Proven IT technical and service delivery management experience.
Experience producing documentation for ITIL Frameworks, then implementing and maintaining processes.
ITIL v3/4 certified
Good communication as well as both stakeholder and vendor management experience.
