Service Delivery Manager

A leading luxury retailer are currently looking for a service delivery manager for a 3 month contract as they approach their peak. This is an urgent requirement with interviews taking place this week for the right candidates. The role is varied, working in a close team and experiene in retail would be advantageous, please note this is a functional and hands on role with no line management responsibility so those at 'senior/head of' level may not be suitable.

Key details -

Responsible for the delivery and support of 'live' services delivered to the business within a specific domain, thus:

      • Managing major incidents - restoring service when P1 / P2s incidents occur

      • Controls any change to the live environment within the domain

      • Problem Management - drives root cause analysis and preventative actions

      • Event Management - visibility of issues proactively before impact is felt on the service and orchestrating any restorative actions

      • Owns Release & Deploy Processes, ensuring Development Teams and Project Teams release into environments in a controlled and consistent manner

      • Service Design & Transition - ensuring projects/new services land gracefully into the production environment.

This is a 3 month contract with no assurances of extensions and is urgent so would suit candidates with up to a 1 weeks' notice period. Please click the link to apply.
