Position - Service Continuity Analyst

Location - Bromley

Salary - £45-£55k

I am working with a FTSE 100 insurance group, who are actively seeking an IT Continuity Analyst. The IT Continuity Analyst (Disaster Recovery) will support the IT service continuity management process and maintain the IT Disaster Recovery (DR) testing schedule across the business and the underlying supply chain in accordance with the ITSC Minimum Standard.

Reports to: Intrim Head of Service Continuity


  • Work with 3rd parties to help maintain IT Service Continuity tools, templates, processes, documentation and reports in accordance with industry good practice and minimum standard requirements.
  • Provide support to embed continuity management in relevant service design, service transition and service operations processes including projects and service introduction.
  • Report to the business on the results of DR tests and any remediation action required.
  • Support contract management to ensure 3rd party suppliers provide the recovery capability necessary to support agreed continuity plans.
  • Contribute to the review of continuity processes, tests and implementations and put in place remedial actions if required.
  • Identify opportunities for continuously improving service resilience to drive cost and process efficiencies.


  • ITIL Certified.
  • Previous experience of working in a Disaster Recovery/Continuity Role- within a corporate environment.
  • Experience of project management.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
