La Fosse Associates are recruiting for a Service Architect to join a multinational law firm based in London on a permanent basis.

Start: ASAP
Location: Hybrid - 1 day a week in the office or once a fortnight if further adrift
Salary: 70-100k dependant on experience (excellent perks package)
Need: A strong willed and pragmatic candidate that can stick to tight deadlines
Experience Required: 2 Years' experience as a Service Architect OR an Architect that has experience with Service Management or Service Delivery
Desired skillsets: Monitoring Tools, ServiceNow, ITSM Service Management, Service Design, IT Procurement and strategy, Design, HLD, Documentation, Roadmaps
Qualification: University Graduate with strong written and spoken English

Description:

The Service Architect will:

Develop a roadmap for the service management solutions needed to ensure service excellence throughout the Firms digital transformation and ongoing operation
Ensure service is considered in all designs and implementations of technology solutions
Nurture a community of service champions across the technology team to encourage a culture of continuous improvement
Provide guidance to project and business colleagues on the technical design of systems, ensuring solutions are designed for service
Communicate technical solutions simply with colleagues at all levels of seniority and understanding

Key Responsibilities:

Be responsible for Service management solutions across the business
Lead on security architecture, principles, and best practice.
Support product procurement by identifying vendors and acting as a technical authority in the selection process.
Provide an assurance role, ensuring that all architecture activities and deliverables are produced to a high quality and are consistent with maintaining the excellence of service.
Review proposed solution designs and implementation plans from a service perspective.
Assist the Service Delivery team when required to evaluate problems, identify trends and correlations, and recommend service improvements.
Act as a trusted advisor through engagement, providing strategic advice around the technologies that is consumed by all levels across the business.
Develop good working relations with colleagues as well as maintaining and nurturing strategic relationships with key tech suppliers.
