This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable Storage & Server Analyst to help deliver even better holidays for customers of our leading travel brands, from within our growing Technology department.

We are looking for highly capable individual, who is great at engaging within fast-paced operations, has been exposed to a variety of technologies and is great at leading a team towards ensuring we create unforgettable holiday happiness for our guests!

The Role

We are currently recruiting a Storage & Server Analyst to join the Technology department on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and professional individual to come aboard and join a dedicated team of professionals at a particularly exciting time!

As a Storage & Server Analyst you will be acting as an SME for specific areas of technology, including Incident and Problem Management, Proactive Maintenance activities and Implementation of new technologies. You will have to ensure that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures using software, tools, and techniques to investigate and diagnose incidents and problems. You will monitor performance, undertake capacity management and create necessary reports. Additionally, you will have to liaise with and co-ordinate activities with 3rd party vendors, to assure the quality of technical delivery.

About You

We would expect you to have previous experience within a Server, 3rd Line or similar IT Infrastructure support role in an ITIL environment and with various technologies. You will have excellent planning and prioritising abilities, and great eye for detail. You will be able to work under minimal supervision and use initiative to constantly deliver reliable results. You will be enthusiastic with 'can do' attitude and have evolved 'customer centric' service approach.
