Are you a talented SEO Manager looking for an incredible opportunity to join an established retail business based in London? La Fosse Associates are currently partnering with this business to recruit for a forward thinking a progressive SEO Manager to join their industry leading marketing team.

The Role

The SEO Manager will play a pivotal role in the in-house agency and will be responsible for setting up the SEO team and shaping the channel offering. The SEO Manager will work across three fashion brands in the group.

You will gain full responsibility of:

  • All areas of SEO, from technical, on-page and off-page to the content and inbound marketing strategy
    • Optimisation of website architecture, internal link structure, server and CMS requirements and other factors for SEO websites
    • Resolving errors and obstacles that may inhibit search engine spiders from efficiently crawling a website
    • Directing web developers, designers and technical teams to produce websites that adhere to SEO standards
  • Providing strategic direction on content for our brands & assisting in the delivery SEO friendly content
  • Assisting in the development of the wider SEO team & agency product offering
  • Working closing with the other channel leads to ensure a fully integrated digital strategy
  • Establishing reporting to measure the impact of technical changes & website content through analytics platforms and other external metrics.

Your Profile

  • A strong passion for SEO & a good understanding of UX & CRO.
  • High-level technical knowledge across SEO including the ability to execute all aspects of on-site and off-site SEO undertaking audits
  • Understanding of the role SEO plays in the bigger picture alongside business objectives, KPI's and other marketing channels.
  • ideally experience working in retail
  • Working closely with the other channel leads to ensure a fully integrated digital strategy

The Company

They are a leading privately-owned retail group who are based in Central London. They are creating an in-house agency which will allow you to work across multiple brands and combine channel specialism with sector knowledge. The role will report into the Marketing Director.

Salary and Benefits

The salary on offer for this SEO Manager role is £38,000 - £45,000 plus exceptional benefits and unrivalled career progression.
