Role: Senior Designer (UI-weighted)
Location: Wapping, London (hybrid)

About: Be part of a major design agency that works with the likes of Nivea, O2, and Avast. You will be specifically supporting B2B products for a major finance firm.
Team make-up: 5 designers are collaborating with US, Asian and European design teams, having weekly calls with the team in Poland.
Responsibilities
- You'll be planning and conducting user-centered design which is applicable to business goals and the needs of the end-user
- You'll provide designs that add visual flare and brand consistency
- Understand the plan, specifically user experience-related task details, purpose, and interdependencies
- Be accountable for the delivery of those tasks within the time and budget allocated
- Work with the Project Manager and other project leads to ensure delivery of all user experience-related deliverables
- Conduct requirements gathering, ideation, and collaborative workshops as required
- Assist with project planning/estimation of UX-related tasks
- Assist with risk/issue management and resolution
- Provide open and timely communication with stakeholders
Requirements
- Knowledgeable and passionate advocate of user-centered design
- Experience in the design of web, mobile, tablet, and desktop applications
- Worked on both internal and external projects
- End-to-end designer from discovery, to definition, to design, to development
You also need to be a self-motivated worker, especially due to the shifting culture of the company (e.g. various products, Fridays off).

3-stage interview: 1) culture fit, 2) skills/competency, 3) final conversation with founder + team
