This is a private markets investment platform for sophisticated investors, private banks, and asset managers. Their platform supports professionals investing into private markets, offering best-in-class funds supported by detailed insights & analytics. They are transgressing towards a premium luxury feel for their website. They need a Senior Designer to set the design strategy, build the design system from scratch, and create a fresh look and feel for end-users.
You will be:
👫 Working with a UX-weighted Lead Product Designer and two other designers
🧱 Build the design system from scratch, working on iconographies, colour schemes and fonts
🎤Looking after the end-to-end process, doing hands-on design, and inspiring strategic design approaches

About you
You must have a strong portfolio with a good case study to showcase work and show skill range
Experience using Figma and ideally Sketch
Has design system experience, especially building from scratch
You have good Branding experience - luxury brands, retail rather than financial services
Other Relevant Experience
Excited to craft high-quality visuals that are helpful, useful, modern and holistic
Experienced in establishing and maintaining an efficient design system
Adept at delivering measurable improvements to user outcomes, user satisfaction engagement and retention
Passionate about making complex systems simple and easy to use
Comfortable liaising with and presenting to business stakeholders with strong communication skills
Able to present your work, give a rationale for your design decisions to clients and take on feedback and critique to further improve your work
Proficient at giving effective design feedback to others
Well versed in working with multidisciplinary teams, working arm in arm with Product and Development
A design advocate, helping the business develop its design maturity
