Senior Test Analyst

Senior Test Analyst – Hybrid Working – London – £50,000-£60,000 + 10% Bonus

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join the team. The test analyst will work alongside the programme team to facilitate test execution appropriate to a range of projects. The test analyst will be expected to coordinate with the business, incoming/ & incumbent suppliers on the execution of test plans, defect management and resolution, AIS pre-requisites as well as post implementation support. A Test Analyst will serve a pivotal role in Infrastructure testing required across multiple streams of infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• ITSM Projects are thoroughly tested to meet the requirements and expectations of end-users and stakeholders.
• Responsible for identifying, reporting, and tracking defects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that any issues are identified and addressed in a timely and efficient manner
• Assure and ensure pre-production quality, meeting impacted end-user needs, and delivering quality testing to ensure project value is realised
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases
• Analyse test results and communicate with stakeholders
• Perform and facilitate UAT, system and integration testing
• Minimum 5+ years functional and non-functional test experience of on-prem and cloud infrastructure
• ISTQB qualification
• A technical background with knowledge spanning domains such as servers, storage, end user compute, Networks (TCP/ IP), WIFI, security/ firewalls, active directory
• Previous experience with test execution support on a cloud migration and/or data centre relocation projects
• Knowledge of defect management process
