Lead UX/UI Designer
This is a global biopharma company uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.
They require a Senior UX/UI Designer to support their pharma products and services used internally and externally, and help run the UX group from a management perspective.
You will be working with 2 Senior UX/UI Designers to support 55 commercial product channels, which are used across 100 market spaces, 70 brands, and 6 live websites.
Create, personas, empathy maps, and user journey maps leading to wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes for testing.
Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, focus groups) to improve B2C-B2B products, consequently optimizing user interfaces.
Be an advocate for user-centered focus to improve the Commercial UX/CX portfolio consisting of a CRM tool suite, data tools, and services.
Manage a team of 2 designers, and inspiring a human-centered focus across multifunctional groups, and contributing to team appraisals, hiring, budgeting, and structuring methodologies.
Undertakes user research and data-driven approaches to find creative solutions to tackle problems.
A driver for change and innovation, collaborating with senior stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Works cross-functionally with engineers, BAs, PMs, and content authors.
Works in a global team of end-users and stakeholders to identify optimal experiences.
Proven track record and UX/UI experience, rationale and Demonstrable UX/UI design skills shown in a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in design tools. Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or inclusive of other wire-framing tools, for example Axure.
Experience in user testing tools (i.e Usertesting.com) - not UAT
An understanding of HTML, CSS, for designing experiences that fit the needs of our engineering teams and platforms. Not to do it, but to know why/how to design for it.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present your ideas, concepts and designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Understanding of the product mantra of the three-legged stool of cross functional teams with UX design, engineering, product collaboration, inclusive of agile facilitation and engaging of business stakeholder needs.

You will be traveling to Poland to meet the engineering team once every quarter
You will be traveling further to US/Asia once a year
