Position - Senior Service Delivery Manager

Location - London

Salary - £65,000

My client, a multinational FTSE 100 publishing and events company, is actively seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager. Reporting into the Head of IT Service and Vendor Management, the Senior Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for assuring the end-to-end Operational Service Delivery of IT services provide to the business by Group IT.


  • Primary communication point at an operational management level between Internal IT and Group IT
  • Responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience for internal customers consuming Group IT services
  • Holding Service Reviews with Group IT and managing Service Improvement Plans
  • Representative at Global CAB meetings
  • Change Management, Major Incident Management and Problem Management activities for IT applications and services
  • Service Level Management
  • Business Relationship Management/Communications

Experience Required:

  • Relationship management of stakeholders at all levels up to and including executives
  • Able to work proactively on own initiative within a fast-paced business
  • Able to prioritise and manage a diverse and demanding workload
  • Able to identify and respond to business requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and solution-focussed
  • Broad understanding of IT within a corporate environment
  • ITIL certification and experience of working in an ITIL environment
  • Minimum 3 years working in a management-level IT role
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow
