Senior Quality Engineer – £70K – Leicester – Java Experience (Essential)

La Fosse is working with a global financial services organisation to find an experienced Senior Quality Engineer who can take ownership of test automation initiatives across a variety of teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving quality across complex systems within a modern development environment. We’re looking for a highly skilled hands-on QA Engineer, with strong technical expertise—particularly in Java—to design, implement, and execute effective testing strategies that ensure high standards across the software development lifecycle.

Key requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Java automation
• Experience with Python (desirable not essential)
• Proven ability to build and maintain robust automation frameworks using tools like Selenium.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, etc.
