Role: Senior Project Manager
A Senior Project Manager is required to join a global organisation who are embarking on a major large-scale IT transformation, with a portfolio of many technology and business projects. They are a market leader and well-known across the industry with over 5,000 employees worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a track record implementing and delivering a variety Business and Technology projects & change initiatives to join the team. You will have the opportunity to deliver an array of Technology and Business projects which can include system implementations, business system enhancements and changes, API projects, CRM projects, ERP projects, and many more.
Delivery of all IT and business projects under the Portfolio varying in size and complexity.
Create and manage project plans and assist with the tracking, documentation, issue management and status updates for the project.
Work alongside the technical team to manage project delivery from initiation to closure, to agreed time, cost, and quality standards.
Agree and document high level implementation approach, change management approach (including business readiness for change), and project roadmap.
Manage analysis, requirements gathering, design activities, development, testing, and implementation of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to agreed standards, timeline, budget, scope, and benefits outcomes .
Contribute expertise to ensure best quality of discussion and decision-making on behalf of the IT team.
Develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments.
Identify, screen, and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet (internal and external) customer needs.
Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.
Collaborate with the PMO on the intake process and prioritization of projects across the company.
Understanding of a technical change process end to end.
Project management qualification, e.g. Prince 2, Agile, PMP or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Excellent stakeholder management, including senior/ executive stakeholders, 3rd parties, internal and external stakeholders.
Proven knowledge and experience of planning and reporting to a high standard, and the ability to communicate and present these confidently.
Possess a broad knowledge of most technical and business resources.
Excellent knowledge and proven experience in the use of Enterprise tools.
Excellent prioritisation, negotiation and organisation skills.
Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, Azure DevOps, MSP.
Location: Mainly remote, based in London.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Excellent Benefits.
