My client is looking for a Senior CSI and Problem Manager with experience of leading ITSM capabilities and operating in a complex digital and technology landscape - you'll be accountable for the development and delivery of high-quality CSI and Problem Management processes.
Location: London (Hybrid)
Renumeration: up to £550 per day (Inside IR35 - 9 Months)
You'll be joining a company that's changing the way it delivers technology services, moving away from a majority outsourced model to 'insourcing' and building internal capability.
Operate and maintain the Problem and CSI assurance framework and processes.
Integrate and coordinate all suppliers involved in the Problem and CSI Management process to drive value. Managing resources and engagements required to deliver those capabilities.
Manage service-related risks effectively, escalating them to senior management where required.
Provide high-level assurance and oversight of the plans, overall performance and benefits during the Service Problem and CSI lifecycle.
You will Have:
Experience of planning and implementing Continuous Service Improvement
Good Stakeholder Management
Ability to identify gaps in Service and suggest improvements
Problem and Major Incident experience
