My client is looking for a Senior CSI and Problem Manager with experience of leading ITSM capabilities and operating in a complex digital and technology landscape - you'll be accountable for the development and delivery of high-quality CSI and Problem Management processes.

Location: London (Hybrid)

Renumeration: up to £550 per day (Inside IR35 - 9 Months)

You'll be joining a company that's changing the way it delivers technology services, moving away from a majority outsourced model to 'insourcing' and building internal capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the Problem and CSI assurance framework and processes.

  • Integrate and coordinate all suppliers involved in the Problem and CSI Management process to drive value. Managing resources and engagements required to deliver those capabilities.

  • Manage service-related risks effectively, escalating them to senior management where required.

  • Provide high-level assurance and oversight of the plans, overall performance and benefits during the Service Problem and CSI lifecycle.

You will Have:

  • SC Clearance

  • Experience of planning and implementing Continuous Service Improvement

  • Good Stakeholder Management

  • Ability to identify gaps in Service and suggest improvements

  • Problem and Major Incident experience
