Senior Manager, Cyber Risk & Governance

HQ in London - remote working offered

Salary up to £100,000 + car + bonus + package

La Fosse are working with a Global Technology business in the search for a Senior Information Security Risk & Governance Manager. This global enterprise operates as a market leader in their domain, boasting revenues of over £50 BN. With significant investment into their global cyber function, they have a highly mature environment implementing cutting edge technologies for security.

In this role you will lead the security governance, risk & compliance function globally, developing a highly mature centre of excellence in cyber risk management. This will have a significant business facing element to the role, creating an effective community across the business where cyber risks are managed - you will engage with senior management across various business functions. Working with the Global Director of Cyber GRC, you will develop risk quantification methods to be able to provide data to senior leadership on maturity levels, standards, and business impact of cyber risk.

Requirements include:

  • Prior experience operating in a 1st or 2nd line Security Risk/Assurance role, with responsibility for controls and framework implementation.
  • Demonstrable experience implementing information security risk management processes in complex organisations.
  • Proven experience of managing/developing cyber teams.
  • Experience across companies of significant size & scale with complex structures is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing across business functions.
  • Strong technical understanding of cyber security combined with an extensive knowledge of risk & control frameworks.
  • Must have exposure to risk quantification methods - an understanding of or experience in utilising.
