About the Role

I’m looking for a Senior ML Engineer to play a pivotal role in building ML pipelines and infrastructure for an innovative Text Mining product for a cutting edge InsurTech business. This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong focus on LLMs, NLP, and MLOps.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building & Scaling ML Pipelines – Deploying and managing production-ready ML models.
• Working with LLMs & NLP – Text mining, unstructured data processing, model fine-tuning.
• Redesigning & Extending a Key Product – Transforming an existing Text Mining solution.
• Shaping AI Engineering & MLOps Strategy – Creating scalable ML solutions in AWS.
• Thriving in a Start-up Environment – Operating with autonomy and minimal oversight

Technical Requirements:

• ML Engineering Expertise – Strong Python skills, solid understanding of algorithms.
• NLP & LLM Knowledge – Model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, retrieval systems.
• MLOps & AI Engineering Experience – LLM pipeline abstractions, deployment best practices.
• Experience with Unstructured Data – Text processing, domain-specific documents.
• AWS– Deep hands-on experience in AWS/GCP/Azure for ML model deployment
