Senior Information Security Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to support their Head of Information Security in executing their Information Security strategy.

The Information Security Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Information Security team, managing the leaders responsible for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations, and Infrastructure Security. A key responsibility is to develop and enhance the Information Security lifecycle, ensuring that effective controls are in place and adapting to new threats as they emerge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Information Security lifecycle.
• Keep security metrics current and relevant for both internal purposes and broader organizational reporting.
• Oversee the utilization of security tools and maintain strong relationships with vendors to maximize effectiveness and value.
• Work closely with technology operations teams, such as infrastructure, service delivery, and business applications, to ensure alignment on security objectives.
• Create and manage training programs and career development opportunities for the Information Security team.
• Serve as a stand-in for the Head of Information Security when required.
