Senior Customer Experience Analyst- North Yorkshire- Permanent

Looking for a Senior Digital Customer Experience Optimisation Analyst/Lead, to be responsible for planning, management and execution of the optimisation testing roadmap for all digital customer platforms.

The role will be a key driver in ultimately improving the customer experience on all of my client's digital channels. This will be done by working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver an enhanced customer journey that continuously optimizes through iterations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience and enthusiasm in enhancing the customer experience across websites and apps.
  • Experience in customer optimisation, driving conversion and retention.
  • Strong experience in Planning, A/B testing, customer needs analysis and user experience.
  • SME at identifying and providing solutions to problemed customer experience.
  • Strong communication background as ideas will be presented to the wider Commercial team/stakeholders.

My client is offering an excellent package with salary up to £35,000 dependant upon experience, annual bonus scheme and private medical insurance.
