Senior Consultant - Perm - Finance Transformation

£120,000 OTE + Share Options Scheme

The Opportunity

La Fosse are looking to hire an experienced consultant to join us to grow a perm Finance Transformation desk. We already have an established contract team in this space, but need someone to own and build out this function in a perm capacity. You'd be partnering with a 500k a year Contract Biller within this space, and collaborate closely with them on cross selling opportunities. Across the business, 50% of all placements are cross sold, meaning all our desks are warm. The role has the capacity for swift progression, whether your aim is to become a manager of your own successful team, or a top billing Head of Practice.
