You will play a crucial role in driving successful change adoption, promoting a change-ready culture, and ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills to navigate and thrive in a rapidly evolving business environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage change initiatives: Plan, develop, and implement change strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.

  2. Provide coaching and support: Offer guidance and coaching to leaders, managers, and employees to enhance their change management capabilities. Help individuals and teams understand and adapt to change, overcome resistance, and build resilience.

  4. Assess change impact and readiness: Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks, issues, and barriers to successful change adoption. Develop and implement strategies to address these challenges and ensure a smooth transition.

  5. Communication and stakeholder management: Develop and execute communication plans to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and facilitate two-way communication.

  6. Measure and evaluate change effectiveness: Define metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of change initiatives. Monitor progress, collect feedback, and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  7. Change management best practices: Stay up to date with industry trends, research, and best practices in change management and coaching. Continuously enhance personal and organizational knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business change management, with a focus on coaching and guiding individuals through organisational change.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

  • Excellent coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence, and inspire individuals and teams.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical mindset and the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive change adoption.

  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

  • Proven ability to adapt to change, work in fast-paced environments, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Professional certifications in change management, coaching, or related fields are highly desirable.
