Senior Business Change Manager, £85,000 – £95,000 p/annum, X2 days p/week in London, ASAP Start
We are recruiting for a Business Change Manager to join our client’s Transformation Management Office; this team is responsible for large change and transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting delivery of large programmes, and from a people-centric perspective.
This is a Senior position that will impact all levels of the business, and support the future of technology transformation, processes and the ways of working. You will be expected to work with Heads of Business Change, Programme Directors and Executive Leadership. Experience with Salesforce or rights management is highly desiable, as well as experience in Media or Sales Distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading delivery of Business Change initiatives on-time with the support of Heads of and Programme Directors. Projects will need to be delivered within budget, and support the major change in ways of working/org structure of the business and help to maintain governance.
- Owning your workstream and providing leadership across the entire programme.
- Managing a tailored approach to Change and Communication activities, ensuring that all affected understand the new structure and change management initiatives are deliered. Elements of training are key.
- Implementing processes to ensure Business Readiness and Change Adoption are instrumental and effective, and adressing feedback loops to ensure all are kept aware of changing process.
- Working with senior and exec leadership and managing stakeholder expectations through the journey.
- Maintaining strong leadership with external teams, such as technology and communications, to ensure complete alignment across the business and that al changes align with transformation objectives.
- Support development of ongoing change programmes and help to build change capacity for future projects.
