Role: Senior Business Analyst - Process Improvement Specialist

Location: Berkshire, commutable from Reading, Slough, Guildford, Basingstoke, Bracknell and surrounding areas.

A Senior Business Analyst with process improvement expertise is required to join a global organisation who have been successfully operating for over 100 years. As an SBA you will support a team of process analysts to shape and deliver large and complex projects within the Group-wide business change portfolio. This role will give you the opportunity to develop and lead the process improvement capability of the team.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement up to 'C' Level / Director Level in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for change to the business processes, policies and IS.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Proven track record of Business Analysis techniques: Stakeholder assessment, business process and system analysis, requirement gathering, data modelling, presentation, change and strategic analysis
  • Experienced in leading process improvement initiatives across business functions/back office/service organisation
  • Become the subject matter expert and lead the development of the process improvement capability
  • Drive business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes/procedures
  • Arrange, prepare and facilitate user/client meeting, present issues and solutions
  • Interface between the business and the change programme throughout the lifecycle
  • Excellent stakeholder management expertise, confident challenging, persuading and directing
  • Experience leading/supporting teams of process analysts, providing support, guidance and development
  • Expert in modelling and streamlining business processes. - Proven application of process improvement methods (e.g. Lean Six-Sigma DMAIC, error-proofing, value added assessment, process cycle time reduction

Salary: £60,000 - £68,000 + Bonus + Benefits
