Role: Senior Business Analyst - Finance & HR Systems

Location: London

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + 25% Bonus + Benefits

Senior Business Analyst required to join a leading Global FMCG organisation that is making a significant investment in IT, internalising skill capability increasing capacity and create opportunities. You will report into a Business Solutions Manager deliver projects across Finance and HR. The focus of this role will be split between managing the business in their day to day use of existing applications and systems (managing 3rd party supplier support and service delivery contracts) , as well as leading in the definition, scoping and delivery of changes and new projects.

Along with other Team members (peer BAs and 2/3 direct reports), the remit of the role will cover specialism in the following areas:

  • Business applications used by our Finance and HR functions
  • Associated business processes and best practices in HR
  • Associated business processes and best practices in Finance
  • A good understanding of cross functional end to end processes in an FMCG business is also essential

Ideal candidate:

  • Background operating in FMCG, Retail or Consumer Goods (CPG) or other business that distribute and sell physical products is essential
  • Background operating as a Senior Business Analyst is essential with experience of mentoring and coaching more junior BA's.
  • Experience in working with Finance and HR systems and processes gained in an end user (ideally FMCG) consultancy or vendor environment
  • 7+yrs Business Analysis, covering both Waterfall and Agile project environments. Demonstrable knowledge and successful application of the principles, methods, techniques and tools of various business analysis techniques
  • Systems and SAP module experience in a selection of the following areas: Finance and Controlling, Success Factors and Kronos Workforce Dimensions is essential
  • Working with stakeholders within Finance and HR functions across all stakeholder levels is essential
  • Experience with an S4/ Hana migration project
  • Strong stakeholder management and verbal and written communication skills
  • Exposure to 3rd party supplier management is ideal
