Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Remote, United Kingdom (can be based elsewhere with expectation of working based on UK/US hours)

Contract type: Permanent, full time

Salary: up to £55,000+ Benefits

We are hiring a permanent Senior business analyst to work with an internationally renowned charity dedicated to improving the lives of children through better education, health care, and economic opportunities. The successful hire will lead and support the implementation of a new global financial data model and finance system (Agresso).

The charity's goal is to use Agresso systems on an international scale to have a uniform approach to humanitarian and development projects.

Senior business analysts are expected to work closely with the Head of Business Analysis and Project Lead in training, requirements engineering and business process modelling. This role will apply core business analysis expertise to meet the organisation's strategic objectives.

The role is permanent, full time and will be remote based on UK/US hours. There is the additional benefit of flexible working options based on work being completed to a high standard.

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Background operating as a Business Analyst

  • Experience with Agresso (Unit 4) financial systems to a level where you may be able to support training colleagues

  • Workshop planning and facilitation, business process modelling, requirements gathering and engineering

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Confident with stakeholder engagement and management at all levels

  • Experience working with or in the non-profit sector would be ideal
