Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in data analysis and enterprise-level systems to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact transformation projects within major FMCG and large-scale enterprise environments.

As a key member of our consultancy team, you’ll be responsible for driving business insight through data, shaping requirements, and supporting end-to-end delivery from concept through to successful UAT. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across business and technology functions, helping bridge the gap between data science, business processes, and systems implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for data-driven projects across marketing, finance, operations, consumer or supply chain functions

   

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and technical requirements

   

• Develop and execute detailed test scripts and UAT scenarios, ensuring business objectives are met

   

• Support data mapping, transformation logic, and interface documentation for large-scale system implementations

   

• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment

   

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, supporting change management, governance, and data integrity efforts

   

• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for senior stakeholders

   

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within a large enterprise or FMCG organisation

   

• Strong background in data analysis, data mapping, and working with complex data models

   

• Demonstrable expertise in test script formulation, execution, and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination

   

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with non-technical audiences

   

• Experience working across the full project lifecycle in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

   

• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous

   

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing consultancy setting
