Treasury Business Process Lead (SAP)

We are looking for a Treasury Process Lead to join a 6 month remote contract to work on a large scale business transformation. You will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing a consistent, streamlined, global treasury process leveraging CPG industry best practice and technology.
Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption of standardised end-to-end treasury processes based on industry best practices
- Lead the design, development (S4H TRM), testing, training, and rollout of the treasury solution
- Align standards and procedures of process with other Process Managers (e.g., P2P and OTC)
- Own and ensure process documentation and client deliverables, including standard operating procedures and training materials, are accurately maintained and readily available to the business
Successful candidates should have the following:
- Good knowledge of end-to-end treasury processes working as either a Treasury Process Lead or Process Owner especially in the Core Treasury functions as below
- Cash Management - 5 day & 13 weeks - with subsidiary
- In-House Cash incl. Inter-co AR/AP through IHC
- Corporate Bond issuance, Guarantees
- Foreign exchange liquidity - FX Spot, FX Forward, FX swap,
- Foreign exchange hedging
- Foreign exchange hedging - NDF, FX forward, FX spot
- CCIRS
- Interest rate swap
- Credit risk analyser
- Internal trades (FX)
- Task based segregation of duty
- EOM accounting
- Transnational Accounting
- Hedge accounting
- Accounting posting structure per financial instrument
- Treasury Chart of Accounts R2R
- Knowledge of the latest treasury technical solutions available in the market and their pros and cons
Analysis
- Knowledge of SAP & S/4HANA would be preferred along with past Treasury transformation experience
- Record of designing and implementing process improvement within a large matrix-based organisation / experienced in global ERP implementations
- Able to analyse data and derive insights, solving client problems
- Highly innovative and impact thinking in both business operating model transformation and technology
Consulting
- Able to prepare and lead client workshops, capture, document, analyse and communicate information obtained during the workshop
- Effective communication - written, verbal, and presentation
- Proven experience in managing senior client business stakeholders
