SAP Service Transition Manager
Our client is changing AMS providers and requires an experienced contractor to manage the overall service transition as well as lead the setup of a new Service Desk.
Imperatives:
Extensive Service Transition Management on large-scale SAP programmes and migrations
Previous experience setting up ServiceNow as a new Service Desk
Strong senior stakeholder management
Experience liaising with 3rd party partners in a SAP context
Must be available to start on the 1st of August
