Role: Salesforce Consultant

Location: fully remote, UK wide

Salary: £55-65k

Our client currently has a new Salesforce Consultant permanent opportunity to be based anywhere in the UK on a full time remote basis. The successful candidate will provide governance to protect and comply the Salesforce production and will support the end users and development teams including troubleshooting issues, platform exceptions monitoring, etc. You will plan and perform deployments in accordance with implemented CI/CD process and define Release Goals with the Scrum Team as well as managing configurations and source code and contributing to the Product Development Lifecycle.

Required skills and experience:

  • Solid experience on the Salesforce platform (especially Classic/Sales Cloud)

  • Blended knowledge of declarative and non-declarative Salesforce

  • High experience with the standard Salesforce data model, access and visibility settings

  • Hands-on knowledge of working on Git, JIRA and Confluence

  • Interest in supporting the organisation and team adopting Agile best practices for release and deploy

  • Present confidently and have ability to persuade stakeholders

  • Skilled in being detailed and diligent in documentation as well as delivery

Desirable experience:

  • Experience with CTI solutions (Vonage NWM or similar)

  • Experience with a marketing platform compatible with the Salesforce (Marketo or similar)

  • Experience with E-signature solutions (Docusign or similar)

  • Salesforce deployment knowledge on metadata level including any of the following deployment tools - Ant Deployment Tools, Gearset, Copado, AutoRabit etc.

  • CI/CD experience (Gitlab pipelines, GitHub Pipelines, Bitbucket pipelines, Jenkins etc)

  • Experience of working within Scrum Teams and participating in Scrum Events

  • Understanding of DevOps principles
