Hi All, I'm on the lookout for a talented Sales Manager (Direct or Channel sales) to join a rapidly growing Unified Communications organisation.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Commission (OTE 110k)

Location: Remote First (Occasional team meetups in London)

The Role (New Business Generation)

  • You will be accountable for achieving a sales target and your performance will be measured against this on a quarterly basis.
  • You will develop accounts plans and selling strategies for each account (new and existing).
  • You will be responsible for generating sales with our existing customers and hunting for new customer relationships.
  • Pursue, negotiate, and close cross-sell opportunities maximising the customers use of the service and our opportunity with the customer
  • You will work closely with Solution Architects and the Sales Operations team on deal registration, maintaining the sales pipeline, pricing, contract management and leading the sales process towards our customers.
  • You will own the completion of sales proposals.
  • Keep MS Dynamics up to date with deal and customer status.
  • Working closely with delivery and service teams to pursue additional revenues through change management of existing services.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ambitious and focused on achieving business targets.
  • Ability to accurately forecast and manage a pipeline.
  • You may have relationships with channel partners and service providers from former roles.
  • You will have a track record of working within a small team. Whilst you focus on your role, we do also expect all staff to be highly flexible and support the wider team wherever possible.
  • An expert at managing customer expectations and representing our customers interests within the company and ensuring that we always put the customers interests first.
  • Knowledge of the Telecommunications market is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including top class verbal and written communication and strong influencing and networking skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and able to work under own initiative.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
