In your role as Release Manager, you will be joining a team delivering first class technical solutions to the daily workload, as well as working on exciting transformation projects.

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: up to £58,000 + bonus

Landing in a modern environment within an organisation striving for Agile delivery, you will play a key part in driving continuous service improvement and business transformation.

Key Duties include:

  • Working closely with the Software Delivery Manager and Development teams to plan future Releases, maintain Release Roadmaps and ensure adequate planning and preparation.

  • Carrying out continuous analysis of the Release process in order to identify areas of improvement.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in order to facilitate continuous service improvement, ensuring quality delivery and deployment.

You will have:

  • 2/3 years' experience in Release Management, with awareness of ITIL processes such as Change and Incident Management

  • Experience producing documentation, then implementing and maintaining processes.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Waterfall & Agile experience - ability to pivot your approach in order to reach your target outcomes
