Your Application Service Delivery role works within the Service Management team alongside project, development, platform, and operations teams to create a cohesive, optimal, and transparent release schedule for software applications and systems. • Release Execution & Deployment: Oversee deployments to production, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth releases across IT streams.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with releases. Ensure rollback plans are prepared for emergencies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work with development, QA, and operations teams to enhance release processes and address issues based on post-release analyses.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure release practices meet internal standards, industry regulations, and governance frameworks. Conduct reviews post-release for accountability and improvements.

  • Experience in managing releases in Agile or DevOps environments.
  • Broad ITSM experience, ability to manage communications with internal and external stakeholders globally.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Scrum Master are a plus.
