We are currently looking locally for talent but also wanted to open the opportunity up to the London market.

Job Description

What will you be held accountable for internally?

  • Responsible for leading a Contract & Permanent P&L
  • Defines & leads the permanent & contract Account Development strategy
  • Partners collaboratively with Regional & London business units to achieve overall business objectives
  • Proven experience in talent selection, development, and retention
  • Demonstrates ability to inspire and lead a team ranging in experience across permanent & contract.
  • Leading from the front in terms of cross-team collaboration, inter-company incentives, driving standards & culture
  • Effectively planning and executing a growth strategy for your team
  • Demonstrates effective team management of; Holiday Approvals, weekly 1-1s, quarterly appraisal, PDP/PIP, Performance Review, Incentive Schemes
  • Lead accurate team MI, Reporting & Forecasting
  • Detailed understanding & setting of teams annual Prospect & NFI targets
  • Knowledge and implementation of GDPR
  • Effective CRM management & discipline within team
  • Consistently scoring high (4.5+) in 360 feedbacks
  • Strong and consistent personal & team financial performance
  • Responsible for setting and achieving cross-sold revenue targets
  • Proven experience in developing Associate Talent into Consultant grades and above
  • Proven experience in securing & developing experienced hire talent

What will you be held accountable for externally?

  • Maintaining industry leading standards of candidate care
  • Negotiating Robust Commercials with the wider business considered
  • Maintain an industry leading Client & Candidate NPS Score
  • Actively involved in leading industry events, generating prospective business
  • Proven RFI/RFP, client pitch experience
  • Proven experience in securing both contract & permanent business
  • Proven hands-on experience in contract recruitment
