Our client, a rapidly growing Fintech business currently sought two QA Engineers to join their thriving and growing digital engineering division on a permanent basis. Since launching 3 years ago, this company is quickly becoming a highly regarded and recognised digital payments fintech with teams spread across 12 countries and over 500+ employees.

They require technically skilled Quality Assurance Engineers to join their small-sized QA team develop and execute manual and automated tests for a range of platforms/products including web, mobile (iOS/Android) and back- end API services.

The QA's will be responsible for writing and executing tests in an agile development environment prior to product launches to ensure the platform runs smoothly and meets specification. They're looking for somebody with a technical QA/software engineering background and is takes pride in providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems.

Requirements and skills required:

  • At least 4-5 years' experience in software quality assurance across automation and manual techniques
  • Must have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Java/Selenium
  • Financial Services/Fintech industry experience is required
  • Strong knowledge or background in Java programming
  • Experience and knowledge around CI/CD (Jenkins or similar)
  • Experience and knowledge around BDD and TDD processes
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • performance and/or security testing experience
